A poem for Slemish is hung in the little visitor's centre carpark by Rev. Buick written I think, sometime in the 1870's
For Tom's Barn Collective an old stone barn at the foot of Slemish
Nearby is the village of Broughshane (pronounced Bru - shane) where we had a lovely lunch and admired the floral displays
Broughshane has won many prizes as the Garden Village of Ulster.
The gable wall of a house on Main Street is colourfully decorated with butterflies.
