SPLASH!

Same bridge as I featured in yesterday's post, just a different season! Found these from a few years back when the kids went paddling and splashing about at the river on a hot day.

Not a huge flow that day!  We could walk through the arches!

We then had fun throwing in some large stones to make a splash!

SPLASH!

THanks for coming by!

  5. I love how you captured this splash. It is frozen in the air now! I was thinking how cooling it would be to swim under these arches, then I read that you could walk through!! Looking at the picture, you can't tell how deep it is. This is the best bridge! And I love how they made a design of different sized rocks up by the top. That is totally different from the rest of the bricks.

  10. Love the stone bridge. The water is a lot calmer in these photos compared to the previous post. Ah, throwing rocks and creating splashes, something I did back in the days. :)

  14. Calmer waters in these shots, and I'm sure it was fun to cool off in the calm waters.

  18. Nice looking bridge, I bet it would be fun to wade & splash around in on a summer's day. The day before's shot with the rushing water not so much.
