After the Rain

I've seen it flood higher but we've had our fair share of rain the past few days.  This is how the river was raging under the bridge when we went out for a walk.

It was so good to see a blue sky again!
I'm thankful this week for a break in routine as the kids are on half term break and its fun spending time with them.

Thanks too for all your visits and comments!

  2. Not some where I would want to fall in though as a kid I would have used a kayak and tried shooting them

  3. So that's where all the rain's landing at present. It's been relatively dry here - for February!

  6. I love storms. I love the quiet, and the smell of the wet Earth after.

  7. That does look like raging water and it's carrying a lot of dirt with it. But, the sky looks great.

  13. I too thought it looked like a dangerous river. It is a neat bridge that probably can tolerate all that water flow.

  20. We are having heavy rain. Snow in early January, but that seems to be the end of it. Now it is all rain. Thanks for linking up today.
