Top of the Rock

My favourite snap of Manhattan from the Top of the Rock.

An art deco view!

North to see Central Park.

I had fun watching others photographing the view!

  8. What a great view from there. I've only done the view from the Empire State Building or the World Trade Center when it was still there. I've never tried The Rock. The view from the top of the Metropolitan Museum of Art is also a good one.

  12. I am afraid of heights, so thank you for sharing these so I see the views vicariously. The fourth shot drew my eye - the tall 'skinny' building doesn't seem real ...

  19. Oh wow there really are some great views there. I'm afraid of heights now but I guess with the glass wall I might feel a little bit safer. Great photos.

  21. Glad the weather cooperated for viewing from the observation deck! We went to the top years ago and everytime I see the film, An Affair to Remember I think of the Empire State Building.
