Skies, Seas and Sails

Annapolis, State Capital of Maryland and home of the US Naval Academy, has a proud sailing heritage.  What better way to see it than from the water!

  7. I love Annapolis. Wanted to retire there after hubby got out of the Navy but he had other ideas. He was communications officer at the Academy back when we were younger. Those pictures bring back a lot of memories. I've been back several times, just love going there.

  8. I have some fond memories of visiting here and staying with a friend who lived nearby. We visited the Naval Academy and ate crab cakes and other treats. I still have an Annapolis sweatshirt that I wear even though it's getting pretty raggedy by now. Gorgeous photos.
