Gettysburg Battlefields


We left Lancaster County and headed west to Gettysburg.  We began our visit at the Gettysburg Visitor's Center and Museum


I think if I remember correctly that this is Seminary Ridge

 Even the weather was sombre...

  14. Wonderful photo of Abe Lincoln...wish he was around today...we certainly could use his sage words. I have a framed photo of Lincoln with his troops in my law office...always hoping that his wisdom will come through for me.

  19. We have visited Gettysburg and it was quite sobering to think of the many that died there in battle. Thanks for the photo reminder.
