Rose Gardens...a late visit
These are photos from my visit to the Rose Festival at Sir Thomas and Lady Dixon park, South Belfast last year. I was only able to go after the best of the blooms had passed.
The roses are spread out over quite a large area of parkland.
The skies were pretty unusual that day too.
An area of trellis fencing and some smaller roses just fading.
These late bloomers were still lovely and sweetly scented.
Thankful for all my senses and the beauty of creation!
