SS Nomadic

The SS Nomadic is the sole surviving ship of the White Star Line, and a sister ship of the much larger Titanic.  It is a permanent visitor attraction at the Titanic Quarter Belfast.

  2. Christine, what a great look back in history. Cruise ships sure have changed over time. Now they are floating cities. Thanks so much for sharing, I hope to see you back again soon.

  3. It looks huge! It makes me wonder how large the Titanic was!

  4. It's not even sitting in the water! I guess that keeps it in better shape. Could you board it?

  8. It is interesting to see this last surviving White Star ship. Compared to the cruise ships you see now it looks tiny. Great photos. Have a happy day!

    Groet Kees.

  19. I guess it just takes too much money to maintain these ships as floating restaurants or as some kind of housing.
