Church and Bell

St John's Parish church Kilwarlin Hillsborough, is rare in that it is the only one in the area with an open bell tower.

It was built in 1840, probably through the generosity of the Marquis of Downshire.

  3. A nice little building with some attractive stone facing. If you see an open bell like that in England it's almost always on a village school.
