Dolmen Good Fences and Skies

Tucked away in the back hills of Dromara is the ancient Dolmen at Legananny (I love that name!)

The views from it to the Mournes in the south are spectacular - Northern Ireland at its best in my opinion.

View towards the Mournes

Looking north towards the Dromara Hills

At the end of the lane, the farm has had a specially made gate featuring the Dolmen, a nice touch.

  10. Hello Christine!:)Spectacular country views, and great fence finds with these ancient Dolman structures, which are just amazing. I always wonder how on earth these massive stones were erected, especially the large roof stone. A fine looking gate too.
