Weekend photos

Happy Saturday! I'm sharing a few photos of critters I spotted around the village and linking to Eileen's Saturday's Critters HERE

The little sparrow above was so tame as it waited around the picnic tables for crumbs.

Moms duck came strolling by leading her brood to the pond!

But I really felt bad for the sheep in the 90 degree heat. Poor lamb!

We were staying with family in Huron County, Michigan, and close by is this barn painted on both ends with huge murals by Steve and Dorota Coy,  street artists from Detroit who set up the Hygienic Dress League for their art projects, exploring branding and corporatism in America.

This is the other gable end with their signature gas masks

Linking these with Tom's Barn Collective HERE

Have a fun weekend!

  3. Fun! Love the murals. It's too hot for man or beast ... so hard on the farmers and their animals. Got a chuckle out of mom duck and her littles. The sparrow knows where the best "buffet" is! Have a great week.

  12. Cute sparrow and mom duck with her babies. At last after months of heat wave, for the past 2 weeks rainy and wet days are upon us. The weather is very much cooler now. No need for air-con. Nice murals.
