Good Fences one Year on

I just realised this week that it is exactly one year ago that I first linked up to Good Fences.  It quickly became one of my favourite memes thanks to Tex and the friendliness of all who take part.

My first photo was shared on my other blog and before I really did more than just snap a photo, but here it is any way!

This was taken at the Motte & Bailey and ancient landmark, or early fortification mound.

Over the Easter break we went back for a visit on a lovely sunny day.

Everything is greening up nicely for spring!

Thanks so much to all who have encouraged me this past year!

  17. Beautiful photos Christine. I so needed to see those vibrant greens this morning. We are into our third day of snow storms, and frankly, it is getting old, and I'm getting grumpier by the minute, so thank-you so much for the cheerful photos! I will try to remain patient.

  21. Our bright yellow Scotch Broom should be blooming soon. It is usually May, but with our early spring I already see a few bushes with yellow flowers. - Margy
