Giant's Causeway Part 3 - Good Fences

When i was looking at the basalt rock columns, I could almost imagine the force of the eruption and the great  upward push and struggle there was as the ground swelled from underground pressure.

below you can see the great bowl there is and the zigzag pathway cut into the cliff which is called the shepherd's steps - all 163 of them - which takes you up onto the headland  and the wonderful coastal views.

The rocks in the cliff side are nicknamed the pipe organ

Looking toward Portrush

The exhilarating views along the coastal path

Hope you enjoyed your tour of the Causeway coast - it would be great to hear from you!
